PRIZES

GRAND PRIZE: One (1) grand prize package will be awarded. The prize package consists of a one (1) roundtrip airfare to Hawaii, five (5) nights accommodations in Hawaii, one (1) rental car in Hawaii, one (1) year’s worth of Vans shoes, and one (1) year’s worth of Vans apparel. One year’s worth is defined as one pair of shoes per month and one piece of Vans apparel per month for twelve (12) consecutive months. Prize package has an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $5,000. The prize is awarded on an "as-is" basis with no warranties regarding its suitability for a particular purpose (except for any applicable standard written manufacturer warranty statement provided with the prize vehicle). Winner will be solely responsible for providing proof of identity within seven days of sponsor’s notification of transfer of said prize. Prize is nontransferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by Sponsors in the event that the prize cannot be awarded for any reason in which case, Sponsors will award a prize of equal or greater value. Subject to the conditions herein, prize will be awarded. All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges for prize are the sole responsibility of winner. The return of any prize / prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

RANDOM DRAWING: On or about each of 7/15/06, 7/31/06, 8/31/06, 9/30/06, 10/31/06, 11/30/06, 12/31/06, 1/31/07, 2/28/07, 3/31/07, 4/30/07, and 5/31/07 three winners will be selected based on submission popularity determined by Sponsors whose decisions on all matters related to this sweepstakes shall be final and binding. Entrant selected as a potential winner must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these official rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all such requirements. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
